Attention: Dear Pamela, Debbie Paton, and Mark Wickman's wedding reception on August 3, '07 at The Big Fat Fish Company was a huge success! The pre dinner reception in Finnegan's Alley set the celebratory tone for the evening's eating, drinking, and music. The BFFC provided platters of perfectly cooked and presented hors d'oeuvres, lavishly accompanied by beers, wines and soft drinks. The BFFC venue came together perfectly for us: Finnegan's Alley, the Restaurant upstairs which easily catered to all individual tastes for 90 guests, and seating available for all to see the Debbie and Mark at the bridal table. I am told that the Halibut was absolutely delicious, moist, and not overcooked, while the meat eaters raved about the prime rib. There was ample room for the band and dance floor at the front of the restaurant with windows and doors wide open to keep the evening fresh and alive! Alistair and I want to personally thank Pamela Felke, also the Chef, and all the Staff for helping us design Debbie and Mark's wedding. For setting up and cutting the wedding cake, organization of tables, including the bar area, choice of napkins and table cloths, even right down to the sampler tasting of the wedding meal, nothing was too much trouble for The BFFC! The hand-held microphone for speeches was promptly available at the end of the dinner, before the cake cutting and champagne toasts. We were very impressed, and gladly paid the bill for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding at The BFFC. Please never hesitate to use our names as a future reference for other wedding couples. Fairhaven is a favorite town for us to visit. Debbie moved to Bellingham 12 years ago, so this has given us the opportunity to get to know Fairhaven quite well.
